Buyers can bring back any books which they have bought from us for exchange on a 50% basis.
Alternatively, we give a credit that is good to acquire anything in our Shop. Credit does not expire and can pay part or an entire book/music purchase.

Can you   Exchange or Get Credit for books bought elsewhere?

Yes, you can. We can take a medium box of books per customer at any time during our regular business hours.
For larger amounts, you need to arrange an appointment.
If you are unable to carry the books to our shop, we may be able to go to your place and assess your books.

There are books which we do not take

Such books are:

• books that are infested or show signs of insect activity
• books that are over worn and with loose or torn pages
• books that are stained curled or damaged
• books that were exposed to cigarette smoke
• Reader's Digest Condensed Books
• Mills and Boons, Harlequins, Silhouettes, etc.
• Encyclopedias, Almanacs, Large sets, etc.
• Uncorrected Proofs

What should you do with the books we do not take?

If your books are in good condition but we are unable to exchange or give credit for them,
then you may donate the lot to a Charity.
